 It's A Juggle Out There. . . !

In a world where we juggle the demands of expanding job responsibilities, perplexing relationships, and the whirlwind of life, it is easy to feel that at any moment we may “drop the ball.” During this “edutaining” program, Shirley demonstrates (literally) her juggling ability (and lack of it) and shares tips on how to maintain sanity and a sense of humor while juggling it all.

Purpose: To help audience members understand that although they live in a rapidly changing and demanding world, they can develop a sense of control over life’s non-sensical situations.

Objectives : Participants will be able to:
1. Recognize the three areas of life that demand their energy
2. Decide what is truly important
3. What to do when they make a mistake
4. Find value in their own experiences
5. Learn about “letting go”
And most of all, have fun while learning takes place!

Methods:
1. Group Discussions
2. Exercises
3. Reflection
4. Interactive Lecture
5. Personal Evaluation*

*Shirley Garrett is a trained facilitator for administering and interpreting the Maslach Burnout Inventory, a self assessment tool for evaluating burnout.

Note: This program is most requested as a keynote, but can be designed as a seminar. During the seminar, participants can have the opportunity to learn to juggle!
